Processing & Shipping Policy

Payment for products can be made on our website.  For auditing and tracking purposes we cannot accept cash app and similar applications as a form of payment.

Normal order processing can take between 3-5 business days (Monday- Friday).  Please note business days do not include weekends.

Once orders are processed, shipping can take between 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).  Tracking numbers are provided once orders are shipped.  

Please ensure you are entering the correct shipping address.  Tamed Natural Hair will not be responsible for shipping orders to incorrect addresses entered for shipping by buyer.

On average, processing and delivery can take between 3-10 business days before you receive items purchase from Tamed Natural Hair.

Tamed Natural Hair will not be responsible for missing or stolen packages if tracking information shows delivered.  The buyer will have to contact the shipping company to file a claim.
